3D Concept Designer - Junior/Mid Weight. Ready to bring your creativity to life with some of the world’s biggest brands and retailers? We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate 3D Concept Designer to join our vibrant, fast-paced POS concept design team!

This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, collaborative group of designers who thrive on pushing boundaries and delivering stunning, high-impact visuals. Youll be creating polished 3D concept renders and putting together eye-catching presentations that wow our clients, so confidence in 3ds Max and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

You’ll report directly to our Lead Concept Designer and work closely with the wider team and account directors. We’re looking for someone who can take direction, run with ideas, and shine when working independently. Team spirit and a proactive mindset are key!

Ideally, you come from a POS design background, and you’re bursting with fresh, innovative ideas. With a sharp eye on trends, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, you’ll bring both style and substance to your concepts. Strong communication skills, both visual and verbal, are a must as you’ll be presenting and selling your ideas with flair.

• POS experience (preferred but not essential)
• MS Office

Salary: £27 - £34k (depending on experience)
