A growing events and coaching company in Chelmsford seeks an experienced Audio Visual Manager. In this hands-on role, you'll lead the AV team and manage all aspects of AV for live events, from setup to delivery. You should have proven experience in live event AV production and strong skills in camera operation and editing software. This position requires flexibility and calmness under pressure, as well as the ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously.
