We are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants to join a vibrant and nurturing SEN School located within the area of Chelmsford. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

· Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs

· Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans

· Foster a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

· Encourage independence and confidence in pupils

· Support with personal care and emotional wellbeing where required

What Were Looking For :

· Enthusiastic, patient, and caring individuals

· Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning

· A genuine passion for inclusive education
