Year 3 Teacher - Outstanding Primary School in Chelmsford
Our outstanding primary school in Chelmsford is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant team from January 2026. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate must hold QTS.
Responsibilities
- Full planning, teaching and marking cycle for the Year 3 class.
- Guiding and instructing teaching assistants on best support for pupils with additional needs.
- Assisting teaching assistants in preparing resources to ensure inclusive and engaging lessons.
- Contributing to a warm, supportive environment for pupils and staff.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Motivated, creative and organised.
- Capable of inspiring pupils and collaborating with a professional development focused team.
