A leading education recruitment agency is seeking SEND Specialist Tutors in Chelmsford to provide 1:1 tailored tuition for young people with special educational needs. Tutors will be responsible for creating and delivering individualized lesson plans to help re-engage pupils who have struggled in mainstream education. Ideal candidates will have QTS or equivalent, UK teaching experience, and preferably some training in PECS or Makaton.
This role offers flexible work hours, competitive pay of £25 per hour, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in students' educational journeys.
