Chelmer Valley High School is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented leader to make a significant impact in a thriving, oversubscribed 11‑18 comprehensive school with 1,200 students on roll.

The exact responsibilities will be tailored to the successful applicant's skills and experience. The role could suit someone from a Pastoral discipline or a Curriculum, Outcomes and Teaching discipline. We welcome candidates from all teaching backgrounds; however, a strength in teaching Maths or Science would be advantageous but is not essential.

Chelmer Valley High School – an Engineering & Leadership Specialist Academy – is located north of Chelmsford, in the village of Broomfield.
