Lead Creative Therapist (Art / Drama / Music)

Setting: Secondary School

Contract: Full-time - Term Time Only

Salary: Up to £41,000

We are recruiting for a Lead Creative Therapist to join a secondary school in London, supporting young people through creative therapeutic approaches including art, drama, and music
.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop creative therapy provision within an educational setting, working closely with students, staff, and external professionals to support emotional wellbeing and engagement.

• Lead and deliver creative therapy interventions (art, drama, and/or music) to secondary school students
• Develop and oversee creative therapy programmes across the school
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral services
• Carry out assessment, planning, and review of therapeutic outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to staff around creative and therapeutic approaches

• Qualified Creative Therapist (Art, Drama, or Music Therapy)
• Relevant professional registration where applicable
• Experience working with children and young people, ideally within a school or education setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Salary up to £41,000
• Full-time, on-site role in a London secondary school
