Role Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our staff. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' academic progress, and contribute to the overall success of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and independence.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback.
Maintain a safe, well‑organised, and inclusive classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to school events, enrichment activities and the broader school ethos.

What We Are Looking For :
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
✔ A passion for inspiring and motivating pupils.
✔ Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
✔ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.
✔ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
