You will work closely with senior leaders, teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to promote inclusion and high-quality provision across the school.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SEND provision across the school Identify and assess students with special educational needs Develop and implement effective support plans Advise and support teachers to ensure inclusive classroom practice Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice Contribute to the strategic development of inclusion within the school
