We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 teacher to join our partner school in Chelmsford as soon as possible. As a Year 4 teacher, you will:

• Take full responsibility for the planning, delivery, and marking of all lessons.
• Ensure high‑quality teaching that supports strong pupil progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with parallel teachers across the three‑form entry structure.
• Participate fully in CPD sessions and ongoing education and training provided by the school.

We are looking for a professional who:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year
  4).
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• Is committed to continuous professional development and education and training.
• Has excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
