The Role:
- Oversee SEND strategy and provision
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
- Ensure high-quality support for all learners as the school SENDCo
- Lead training and development for staff on SEND best practice
What We re Looking For:
- QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
- Experience working as a SENDCo in UK schools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
