A reputable tutoring company seeks a part-time 1:1 Tutor in Chelmsford to help reengage pupils in their education. This role requires QTS or equivalent and classroom teaching experience to monitor and support individual pupil's progression. Ideal candidates should be creative and patient, with experience in working with SEND or disengaged pupils. Flexible hours and a minimum pay rate of £25+ per hour are offered.
