We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs LSA to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford, starting immediately. This rewarding full‑time role is ideal for someone with the skills and compassion to work closely with students requiring tailored support in their educational journey.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex learning needs
• Assist teaching staff in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
• Implement strategies to promote independence and confidence among students
• Support students with personal care where necessary, ensuring dignity and respect
• Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs)

• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection – must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service
