We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in the Great Baddow area. The school supports pupils with autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, providing a structured and nurturing environment where staff work collaboratively to support both academic progress and personal development.

As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to promote engagement, positive behaviour and independence, while supporting pupils’ social and emotional development within a safe and consistent classroom environment.

To be successful, you should have experience teaching or supporting young people with SEN, ideally within a specialist or alternative provision setting. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not required, but strong classroom experience, adaptability and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs are essential.
