Standards and Progress Leader tobe responsible forthe pastoral care,behaviour,attendance and academic progress of one of our year groups of 270 students.

The successful candidate will be a senior leader of the school and as such expected to have a whole school presence and contribute to the achievement of theSenior Leadership Team 's school improvement priorities.

They will manage a team of10

Form Tutors who deliver a lively,engaging tutorial programme that enables all students to fulfil their personal and academic potential.
