Independence and Inclusion Coach
- Hours:
37 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum - Salary: £20,911.75 (£24,994.00 FTE)

The College is currently seeking Inclusion Coaches (LSAs) to work with young people at varying levels across the curriculum. Successful candidates will support leamers with a range of SEND needs. You will be passionate about empowering young people towards independence and you will be confident to work with staff at all levels to advise and guide on inclusive practice.
Qualifications and Requirements- Successful candidates must possess GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4-9 or an equivalent qualification.
- This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
