St. Margaret’s Church of England Academy is seeking a committed, flexible and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our thriving school community, commencing November 2026.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, dedicated to the welfare and achievement of every child, positive and able to work on their own initiative, as well as follow direction from other members of the staff team.
You will have:- A high standard of written and spoken English
- A calm, positive and patient attitude
- A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
- Previous experience of working within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Previous SEN experience preferable
