Learning Support Assistant – Chelmsford – ASAP Start
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chelmsford is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and academically strong Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis, starting ASAP.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a 2:1 or First Class degree in Psychology or a related subject, who is passionate about supporting children with SEND and complex additional needs and is looking to develop their experience within a primary school setting.
About the School The school has a dedicated specialist provision supporting a small number of pupils with complex additional needs. The provision includes a learning space, sensory room and outdoor area, creating a supportive environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally.
You will work closely with the existing LSA, teachers and SENDCO to provide personalised support and help pupils reach their potential.
