The Opportunity:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our client's growing team based in Essex.

This role offers exposure to a variety of high-profile projects across multiple sectors and provides strong opportunities for professional growth and career progression.

You'll lead the design and delivery of civil engineering services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to produce innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design, analysis, and development of civil engineering elements for diverse projects, including highways, drainage, infrastructure, and earthworks.

Ensure all designs meet relevant local authority and industry standards, including drainage, highways, and planning requirements.

Provide technical guidance and coordinate with architects, surveyors, and project managers.

Identify design challenges and develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.

Oversee quality assurance and compliance with CDM 2015 and other regulations.

Support the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

About You:

Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and 3D modelling software.

Proven experience in delivering civil engineering designs for a range of development projects.

Working towards or already a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (some site travel required).
