Senior RF​/Analogue Design Engineer - Power System

We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer with a strong background in analogue circuitry and design engineering to support the development of advanced high‑power and high‑energy subsystems within innovative directed energy programmes.

This role sits within a fast‑paced Digital Intelligence environment and offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies while collaborating closely with customers, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Design, develop and validate RF and analogue circuitry for high‑power / high‑voltage applications
• Contribute to the development of advanced subsystems within directed energy and energy‑intensive platforms
• Apply knowledge of energy storage technologies to system‑level design and integration
• Support bid activities, technical proposals, and programme delivery
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and partners to deliver innovative solutions

• Experienced RF Engineer with strong practical and theoretical knowledge
• Solid background in analogue circuit design
• Proven experience in design engineering within complex systems
• Ideally you will have experience working with high power and/or high voltage systems, alternatively be very willing to learn
• Understanding of energy storage technologies (e.g., capacitive systems, pulsed power, batteries)
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technically challenging programmes

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to mentor and support early‑career engineers
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced R&D environment
• Proactive approach to problem solving and innovation
