Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Witham, Essex 4-Day Week (39 hours)
A growing FMCG/manufacturing business specialising in liquid processing, bottling and distribution is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to support site operations and production reliability.
The Role- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment and facilities
- Minimise downtime through fault finding and root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
- Assist with line changeovers and project work
- Ensure compliance with H&S, GMP, and industry standards
- Electrical-biased engineer with strong mechanical skills
- Experience in FMCG, food, pharma, or process manufacturing
- Proactive, hands‑on, and a strong team player
- Interest in ATEX/COMPEX environments (training provided)
- Electrical or multi‑skilled apprenticeship
- 18th Edition
- COMPEX (desirable)
- Relevant engineering qualifications
