A leading global engineering company is looking to recruit a Production Engineer
- Electronics to support manufacturing operations across high-profile Aerospace, Defence, Space, Medical and Industrial projects. This role would suit an experienced Production Engineer, Electronics Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in electronics manufacturing and component-level fault finding. Due to the nature of the business candidates must be British.

• Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday finish at 4:30pm

• Carry out component-level fault finding and diagnostics
• Support manufacturing and supply teams with technical issues and corrective actions
• Investigate and resolve recurring production faults
• Create and update SOPs, manufacturing documentation and standard times
• Support balanced production lines and process improvements
• Complete FMEA, control plans and risk assessments
• Ensure designs meet DFM/DFA requirements
• Support NPI activities and engineering change processes
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Degree qualified in Electronics, Manufacturing or Engineering
• Experience with in electronics manufacturing and test engineering
• Strong fault-finding and root cause analysis skills
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D or A3 methodologies
• Familiar with ERP/SAP systems and manufacturing documentation
• Knowledge of RF testing, high voltage electronics or encapsulation beneficial
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be British passport holders
