Brooks is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to be part of our growing Automation Engineering team, based in Chelmsford, MA. Design: creates architecture for new Vacuum SEMI platforms; in‑depth knowledge of product line and application; multi‑disciplinary (can speak to all the engineering disciplines); can predict development schedule. Customer Interaction: independent and constant customer interaction; translates customer needs into a Brooks product.

Bachelor/Master’s degree in related engineering discipline with 10-15 years of relevant experience in vacuum systems and design within the semiconductor/automation industry.

Compensation Base Salary Range: $ USD to $ USD Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
