Your Responsibilities Take ownership of and develop an existing, established client portfolio Deliver holistic, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning Conduct regular client reviews and identify planning opportunities Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service Work collaboratively with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver outstanding client experiences Leverage the firm's referral network to grow your client base sustainably Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards What We're Looking For Essential:
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum) Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice Strong relationship-building and communication skills Client-centric, ethical approach to financial planning Ability to manage and develop existing relationships Commitment to ongoing professional development Desirable:
Progress towards or near Chartered Financial Planner status
