Finance Assistant

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving business based in Chelmsford who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant within their Finance Department. The Ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a genuine interest and desire to build a long-term career in finance, however applicants with finance admin support experience will also be considered.

Essential

Skills Required:

* A genuine interest in building a career within accountancy or finance

* GCSE passes at grades C/4 or above in English and Math’s (or the equivalent)

* Previous office-based experience, preferred but not essential

* Willing to learn, demonstrate proactivity and resourcefulness

* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

* Organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise workloads.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Confident and professional manner

* Strong work ethic
