Health Care Worker

Location: Nounsley

Key Responsibilities:

* Nutrition & Hydration:
Serving meals, helping patients eat, and providing drinks.

* Emotional Support:
Talking to patients, reassuring them, and providing companionship.

* Environmental Maintenance:
Keeping patient areas clean, tidy, beds made, and sterilizing equipment.

* Clinical Assistance:
Supporting nurses in clinics, assisting with basic wound care, and preparing exam areas (depending on training).

* Communication:
Liaising with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team.

* Personal Care:
Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and changing positions.

* Patient Monitoring:
Taking and recording vital signs (temp, pulse, BP, weight).

* Mobility Support:
Helping patients move around, get out of bed, and use equipment
