Clinical Care Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an inspirational Nursing Care Manager to join a recently commissioned luxury nursing home. In this role you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead on clinical care across the home, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional, relationship-centred care

Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager with responsibility for clinical care
Lead, develop and inspire the care and clinical team
Support recruitment, training, supervision and performance management
Ensure safe, effective and high-quality care planning and delivery
Oversee medication management in line with NMC guidance
Support audits, inspections and regulatory compliance
Promote an open, honest and positive clinical culture
Work collaboratively to deliver dignified, relationship-centred care

Requirements

Registered Nurse with NMC registration
Willing to work towards ILM Level 5
Strong leadership experience in a clinical care setting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to high-quality, professional care
Basic IT skills
