Care Assistant – Complex Care (Chelmsford, Essex)

We believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are hiring a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young child in Chelmsford. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.

£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

• Day shifts – 07:00 to 19:00
• Night shifts – 19:00 to 07:00

• Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
• Supporting community access and social activities
• Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
• Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
• Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

• PEG feeding
• Tracheostomy care
• Personal care
• Moving and handling

• Experience supporting people with complex needs
• Confidence with clinical tasks (or willingness to train)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values
• Ability to work independently and professionally

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3 compliant onboarding.

• £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
• £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer (paid once referral completes 150 hours)
