Care Coordinator

Anaisa Care is seeking an experienced and organised Care Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

This is a key role supporting the smooth delivery of high quality Home care. You’ll work closely with care staff, clients, and families to ensure services are well planned, responsive, and person-centred.

• Coordinating rotas and managing staff schedules
• Liaising with clients, families, and care teams
• Supporting service delivery and continuity of care
• Responding to day‑to‑day operational needs
• Maintaining accurate records and communication

• ✔ Previous experience in a care coordination role
• ✔ Full UK driving licence
• ✔ Access to your own vehicle
