Paediatric Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care
Location:
Essex (Hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days in the community)
Salary:
Up to £50,000 + £3,000 car allowance

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding in the Essex area and looking for a dedicated nurse leader to join our team!
The Role:
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 18 months UK experience and an active NMC PINStrong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a teamUp-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare teamsBand 5 / Band 6 Nurses with proven leadership experience are welcome to applyFull UK Driving Licence (essential)Key Responsibilities for a Paediatric Clinical Lead:Develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needsOversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standardsProvide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventionsWork closely with MDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packagesBuild strong relationships with children and their familiesWhat's In It for You?Up to £50,000 per annum DOE£3,000 car allowance45p per mile for business travelHybrid working - 2 days from home, 3 in the communityMonday to Friday, 9-5 (No weekends or nights!)33 days holidayPrivate pension schemeExcellent Learning & Development programmeCompany mobile phone & laptop providedThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to further their career with a growing, market-leading provider.
