Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £26,000 OTE of up to £60K - £70k in first year!

You’ll receive hands on, high impact training from day one, learning directly from some of the best in the industry, including our Commercial Director, and buddy up with Senior Consultants to put what you've learnt into practice, in a real time sales environment. What you'll be doing:

• Learning the ropes of recruitment, from sourcing top tier talent to closing deals
• Building relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted career advisor
• Supporting clients and matching great people with great opportunities
• Staying ahead of IT trends and learning what makes industries move
• Growing your confidence in a professional, high energy sales environment

What we're looking for

• Recent high calibre graduates or individuals with experience in a target driven sales environment
• Inquisitive, energetic and commercially curious
• Strong communicators with a genuine interest in people
• Ambitious, competitive, and excited by high performance
• Resilient, proactive, and ready to be challenged
