The OpportunityThis role is the entry point into Like Mind’s recruitment delivery function.
As a Junior Talent Coordinator, your responsibility is to manage candidate engagement and scheduling for senior recruiters who are actively working live roles in the ERP market.
You will be speaking with experienced professionals, confirming intent and availability, and ensuring high quality conversations actually happen. This is not admin. It is a coordination role that directly impacts outcomes.

What You Will Do- Speak with candidates introduced through sourcing or inbound interest
- Confirm availability and readiness for recruitment conversations
- Schedule structured calls into senior recruiters’ diaries
- Manage confirmations, reminders, and reschedules
- Reduce no shows through professional follow up
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Communicate clearly with the delivery team
This is phone led work with clear expectations.
What Good Looks Like in 3 to 6 Months- Consistent, attended candidate calls
- Trust earned with senior recruiters
- Confident communication with mid to senior professionals
- Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- Appetite for broader responsibility
- Experience in a customer facing or sales based role
- Comfortable speaking to people all day
