Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction Recruitment
Location:
Chelmsford
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + commission
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in construction recruitment to join a growing team.
This role offers the chance to build a strong billing desk with full support from an established recruitment business.
Key responsibilities:

* Manage a construction recruitment desk
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Generate new business opportunities
* Source and place high-quality candidates
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets
