Assistant Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality performance analysis, reporting, and insight
• Produce standardised reports and charts using analytical tools
• Work on projects under the guidance of Performance Analysts
• Develop an understanding of analytics context, tools and techniques
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data and analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting products using tools like Power BI

• Minimum one year experience in a data-driven working environment or equivalent transferable skills through education
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to clean and manipulate data
• Evidence self-management of workload and priorities
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Intermediate knowledge level of Excel
• Ability to communicate analysis and insight to end users
• Understanding of basic data issues and conducting checks for accuracy
• Understanding of data fit for purpose and context
• Experience with Business Intelligence software is desirable
