What You'll Do:
As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will:

Assess Claims:
Review and analyse claims to determine validity and coverage.
Engage with Clients:
Communicate with policyholders, providing them with updates and guidance throughout the claims process.
Collaborate:
Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and adjusters to ensure efficient claims handling.
Resolve Issues:
Address any discrepancies or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain Records:
Keep thorough documentation of all claims, communications, and actions taken.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience in insurance claims handling or a related field is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail to manage multiple claims efficiently.
