Litigation Solicitor sought for well‑established Essex law firm. The role offers exposure to both commercial and individual clients, working on a wide range of litigation matters.
Responsibilities- Advising commercial and individual clients on a wide range of litigation matters including landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency and commercial litigation.
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 4 years PQE in litigation matters
- Experience across landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, debt recovery, insolvency and commercial litigation
