Residential Property Lawyer

Boutique, well-established, independent law firm based in East London (on the central line) with a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a loyal client base, wish to recruit a Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to take over an existing caseload of residential property work. Salary up to £80,0000.

The firm combines the credibility and stability of a long-standing practice with the agility of a close-knit team. Clients value its straight-talking approach, responsiveness, and ability to handle complex matters without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.

The successful candidate will have at least three years solid residential conveyancing experience, and be able to handle a caseload of residential matters, built more on quality, rather than quantity, from start to finish.
