Project Director

£100 Million Industrial Warehouse & Distribution scheme based in Essex. Client is a Leading Buildings Main Contractor with a track record for delivery. Major Industrial Project. Fast track program – Lots going on. Great Bonuses & Incentive Schemes (Basic Up to £155,000).

Responsibilities

You will sit on site and lead the team. Manage the client, all stakeholder engagement and manage the critical path. Manage and deal with any risk or variations. Build relationships with clients while getting the best from your team. Report into the Construction Director for this landmark scheme of high importance.

Qualifications

Senior Project Manager or Project Director based in the UK with a clear track record on Distribution & Industrial Warehouses worth £30-80 Million. Experience in fast‑track steel warehouses and the ability to start before 1 February 2026.
