RF Power is a growing business unit, developing systems in the Healthcare and Novel System markets, alongside an established product portfolio across a range of industries. We are seeking a highly organised, experienced and results‑driven manager ready to make a real impact and accountable for delivering consistent performance and measurable results in a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environment.

Main

Accountabilities
  • Lead all Warehouse, Inventory and Shipping activities for RF Power ensuring material availability, accuracy and timely action.
  • Develop and implement warehouse, inventory and logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Implement best practices in warehouse, inventory and logistics to support operational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure quality, service, delivery, compliance, and innovation.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health and safety, legal, regulatory, and company requirements, embedding a strong safety culture and consistent adherence to standards across all sites.
  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement within the function and associated systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure integrated business planning and effective information flow.
  • Maintain, propose and manage warehouse, inventory and logistics metrics / key performance indicators (KPI’s) providing timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision‑making.
  • Lead, coach and develop, and inspire the warehouse and logistics team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth across a team of 3 direct and 16 indirect reports building leadership capability, depth and succession within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all activities.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a liaison between the warehouse and shipping function and other business units.
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Customer focused, with significant experience in warehouse and logistics management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport management and third‑party logistics provider oversight, with a focus on safety, quality and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP S4 Hana).
  • Strong management, analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead teams through change.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing teams, including performance management, coaching and succession planning.
  • Proven experience of implementing standard operating procedures and driving continuous improvement initiatives within an operational setting.
