The RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality nursing care throughout the night, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate support tailored to their individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering and overseeing person-centred nursing care
- Administering and managing medications safely and effectively
- Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans
- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding to clinical needs
- Leading and supporting care staff during night shifts
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams where required
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Promoting dignity, independence and quality of life for all residents
- Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, policies and best practice standards
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high clinical standards overnight while creating a safe, caring and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.
What We're Looking For- Valid UK NMC registration (PIN)
- Previous experience within a nursing or care home environment desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Good organisational and IT skills
- A compassionate, professional and resident-focused approach
- A commitment to delivering outstanding standards of care
- Competitive salary of £61,789.00 per annum
