Main duties of the jobAs an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Operose Health, you will be tasked with providing patient care from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills within the general practice. Collaborating with the general practice team, your role will involve meeting patient needs, supporting policy and procedure delivery, and providing nurse leadership as required.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
- It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

Salary expectations will be discussed at interview stage.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, working towards non-medical prescriber, minor injury and illness qualification, Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred.
