About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie professionals for temporary adhoc shifts across a range of sites including care homes, schools, and restaurants. This is a great opportunity for chefs looking for flexible working patterns

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in line with site requirements

* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

* Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods

* Following dietary, allergen, and nutritional guidelines (especially in care and education settings)

Requirements

* Valid DBS Certificate (essential)

* Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)

* Previous experience working in care homes and schools (essential)

* Strong Chef de Partie experience in professional kitchens

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Desirable

* Access to your own vehicle (beneficial for travelling between sites)
