Business Development Lead – Defence (Hybrid: Cambridgeshire/Essex)

We're looking for a Business Development Lead to grow the Defence business, winning complex, high-value opportunities and shaping long-term client relationships. You'll work with technical and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions, from concept to deployment, across areas such as radar, telematics, and advanced communications systems.

• Identify and pursue new Defence opportunities, managing the full bid and sales process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions and support delivery
• Engage partners to strengthen large or complex bids
• Generate leads through events, networking, and targeted outreach

• Proven success selling into Defence markets
• Structured sales and bid experience
• Strong account management skills
• Engineering or science background ideal
