Position: Sales Advisor (Part Time)
Sales Advisor – Chelmsford

£13.50 per hour + uncapped bonus (earn up to £300/month)

Part-Time, 30 hours per week

What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand. Delivering an exceptional in-store experience and helping customers choose the right fitness equipment for their goals.

You will:

* Provide outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via Live Chat

* Sell premium fitness equipment by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products

* Demonstrate equipment and explain product features and apps confidently

* Work 30 hours per week:
Thursday – Sunday, including Bank Holidays (overtime available)

What we’re looking for

You’ll fit right in if you have:

* A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction

* Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)

* Strong communication and numeracy skills

* The ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales

* Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses

* A genuine interest in fitness and helping customer improve their wellbeing
