AtAnglia Door Systems, we’re looking for aCommercial Leadto play a key role in executing our commercial strategy and supporting the growth of the department. This is a hands-on sales role with real influence, suited to someone who wants to move beyond a purely transactional position and grow into leadership as the business allows.

This role is about action and outcomes. You’ll spend your time building relationships, opening doors (literally and figuratively), and helping shape how we approach the market.

The Role:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • New Business Development:

    Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new commercial opportunities.
  • Account Growth:

    Manage and develop existing customer relationships to maximise long-term value.
  • Sales Execution:

    Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through to close.
  • Market Awareness:

    Research target markets and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Support:

    Work closely with the Head of Sales to support and implement commercial strategies.
  • Client Engagement:

    Attend client meetings and site visits across the East of England to build trust and understand project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

    At least 2 years’ B2B sales experience with consistent target achievement.
  • Commercial Instinct:

    Strong judgement in managing deals, knowing when to push and when to play the long game.
  • Results-Focused:

    You prioritise actions that drive revenue and growth.
  • Collaborative Mindset:

    You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and contributing to shared success.
  • Ambition:

    You want a role that can grow over time, rather than staying static.
  • Salary:£39,000 OTE (basic salary plus quarterly performance bonus).
  • Development:

    Ongoing training and mentoring from senior leadership.
  • Pool Cars:

    Available for all off-site client meetings.
