Ace Services Group Ltd is a growing demolition, enabling and commercial facilities contractor operating across Essex, Suffolk, London and the South East. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business generation, strengthen client relationships, and support long-term growth across our demolition and enabling divisions.
This is a flexible opportunity that can be undertaken on a full-time, part-time or self-employed basis, with remote or hybrid working available. The role is well suited to a motivated, results-driven individual with industry experience and established contacts.
The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying, targeting and engaging new clients who require:
- Demolition works
- Soft strip and enabling works
- Refurbishment and commercial facilities projects
The position focuses on lead generation, client engagement and opportunity creation, working closely with senior management and operational teams to convert opportunities into secured work.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively generate new business opportunities within the construction and property sectors
- Target and engage main contractors, developers, consultants, managing agents and end clients
- Arrange and attend client meetings (online and in person)
- Build, manage and maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Support tender opportunities through early-stage engagement - Represent Ace Services Group Ltd professionally at all times
- Proven experience in business development or sales within construction, demolition or enabling works
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Existing industry contacts are highly advantageous
- Self-motivated, commercially aware and target focused
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote or hybrid environment
- Flexible engagement: full-time, part-time or self-employed options
- Remote or hybrid working arrangements
