You'll work with a wide range of high-quality vehicles, build strong customer relationships and manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
Your responsibilities will include:

· Selling vehicles and associated products

· Managing inbound enquiries via telephone, email and in person

· Conducting professional customer appointments

· Building strong, long-term customer relationships

· Presenting vehicles and conducting demonstrations and test drives

· Advising customers on vehicle specifications, features and finance options

· Negotiating deals and successfully closing sales

· Managing vehicle orders, preparation and customer handovers

· Completing sales administration accurately

· Maintaining strong product knowledge across the vehicle range

· Delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
 
About You
We're looking for an ambitious and confident Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive with a proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
You'll ideally have:

· Minimum 1 year's sales experience

· Automotive sales experience is advantageous

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Confident and persuasive approach

· Strong telephone and customer service skills

· Professional appearance and presentation

· Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive products

· Finance knowledge is advantageous

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Must be 23+ due to insurance requirements
