Pay: £14.56 per hour
Hours: 12 hours per week
Shift pattern: Days, nights and weekends
Location: Great Baddow
Overtime: May be available but is not guaranteed

We are looking for a professional, reliable and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile site in Great Baddow.

You will help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the site, carrying out patrols, managing access and responding appropriately to incidents. You will also act as a professional first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors.

• £14.56 per hour
• 12 guaranteed contracted hours per week
• Potential overtime, subject to operational requirements
• Paid induction and ongoing training
• Company-provided uniform and equipment
• Support with obtaining SC Clearance, where required

• Carry out internal and external patrols
• Monitor access to the site
• Respond to alarms, incidents and safety concerns
• Maintain accurate security records
• Assist visitors, contractors and staff professionally
• Follow site security, access-control and confidentiality procedures

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills with the ability to complete accurate reports
• A professional, customer-focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC)

This role requires you to be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

To be eligible you must:

• Have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years
• Be able to provide a full five-year employment, education or activity history
• Successfully complete the required vetting and background checks
