Position: Enforcement & Regulatory Services Security Officer  Up to £13.79 / hour

* About the Role:

** Teledyne 106 Waterhouse Lane, Chelmsford, CM1 2QU

** you will be working
** 42 hours a week on average over 17 weeks on a relief contract working either day or night.
** You'll play a key role in working on both the Gatehouse and CCTV room at Teledyne.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Monitor CCTV systems and utilise surveillance techniques to identify potential security threats.
* Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
* Document all incidents accurately and report findings to management.
* Assist in the implementation of loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients, staff, and the public.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills related to security practices and first aid.
** Who are we looking for?
*** Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of first aid practices is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is an advantage.
* Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A valid driving licence may be required depending on the location of duties.
