We’re representing a long‑established specialist contractor within the Lightning Protection and Earthing sector, supporting commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure projects across the UK.

Due to continued growth and repeat project wins, we’re now seeking a hands‑on Lightning Protection Foreman to lead a small team on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of lightning protection and earthing installation works in line with BS EN 62305 standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled installation or test engineer who’s ready to step up into a leadership role — or an experienced foreman looking to join a progressive business that values quality, safety, and career development.

Supervise and lead on‑site installation, testing, and maintenance of Lightning Protection and Earthing systems.

Manage small teams and subcontractors, ensuring all works meet safety, technical, and quality standards.

Complete site documentation including RAMS, inspection / test certificates, and material requisitions.

Liaise with site management and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve on‑site issues.

Support apprentices and junior engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.

Proven experience in Lightning Protection, Earthing, or related electrical installation.

Knowledge of BS EN 62305 and associated lightning protection standards.

Supervisory experience or readiness to step up into a foreman position.

CSCS, SSSTS, IPAF, or PASMA certification (desirable).

Strong commitment to health & safety and working at height.

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South East.

£45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (DOE)
